    I’ve just remembered but if I drive over 50mph the steering is very, very light. The vehicle will move to one side or the other almost too quickly. It felt unsafe tbh.

    Thanks so much. I’ll plug the OBD meter in and have look. It needs sorting urgently as I’ve got to drive to London after the BH weekend. I hope it isn’t a big job.

    If the steering angle sensor is out of calibration that can kick the abs in so best get the codes read.

    Evening folks, A slightly worrying problem. Our 2002 L322 TD6 has decided to automatically apply the front ABS whilst being driven. Happens very momentarily and thus far, at lower speeds. I can’t imagine what it would be like at motorway...
