I am cutting and patching the body work, the chassis has some light surface rust, mostly comes off with wire brush. was using this to ensure any small amount that i miss are treated with something and putting it on before the top coat as an extra protection

out of interest where are you getting your sheet steel from? Brilliant threat, I may actually rebuild mine when I have some spare coins rather than the patches I'm trying at the moment.

Rustoleum 769 Rust Metal Primer Looks good for the price, and the fact it says it also penetrates the rust. Anybody have any experience with it or thoughts? Stew
