Good afternoon, i have an 09 plate defender, it's a 2.4 td4 L316. The vehicle won't start, there is power to the starter from the battery, but no power to the solenoid exciter wire. the battery is charged, the fuses ok, already had a jump cable from engine to battery earth to rule that out...
