if your using a film to do it. tints are easiest to do if you pop the windows out first. make sure the window is nice and clean, get one of those spray bottles put washing up liquid and water in it, then spray it on the window, peel the sticky back bit off the tinty bit, make sure it doesnt...

im not to good at this searching business and cant find anything about it. Do you loose your tax exempt ness if you say change panels on a car, or how do u lose it? is this when it gets put on a Q plate?

Sadly no, went the year before, spent to much money on the cars, havent really done any shows this year.

is it not just the chassis that has to be the same?

We have a '64 beetle, a '66 beetle and a '66 split screen van, so i figured a tax exempt one would just fit in the family nicely. I am open to suggestions tho, so you guys have given me something to think about for sure. :D keep the education coming

Wanted to get a tax exempt one and then build it into an off road mean machine. We have 4 dubs and a daily ford so we would still be very much in the dub scene :D

I need to be educated on landrovers please. I will hopefully have about £1500 to spend on one, which must have an MOT and be tax exempt. What do i need to look out for and is there a choice of models etc?

Just having a look round, considering selling my vw van and getting a landrover.
