Hi. I need the middle seat strikers for the TD5 60 40 seats. I’ve looked through the parts diagram but can’t see it. Is anyone able to find the part number please or does anyone have them for sale? many thanks Daniel

    Sluggish V8

There's some good information in this thread. I'm picking up my 110 3.5 V8 LPG on Sunday, I'm slowly reading through the V8 threads for hints, definitely learned from this one! :)

    brake adjuster assembly

I found these adjusters rubbish compared to the original and had to weld it for strength.

    Recon Engine

With regards to the oil cooler, you will just need to swap sumps and take off the sandwich plate where the oil filter is and use the shorter bolts from your engine. Easy, I wouldn't worry about that.

    Help needed

A bulkhead can act as a firewall. It can hold water/air/fire in or out of it's structure; whatever use you deem suitable for the partition.

The bulkhead is a bulkhead, and is also a firewall. Bulkheads are classed as a partition. They are vertical panels for sub-dividing space, or strengthening a structure.

    Series III Clutch and doors

LOL! I know that problem. First time it happened to me, had me confused for bloody ages. I did another one yesterday, wouldn't go in, luckily remembered what happened before (nearly) straight away. :)

    Series III Clutch and doors

The clutch pedal goes through the bulkhead. Where this is, there are some bolts or nuts, I think four. Take those off (from the cab), and the pipes to the master cylinder and you can take the whole pedal box out (which holds the clutch master cylinder). You'll need to do this to change the...

    Series III Clutch and doors

Personally if I were you, I would buy Lucas Girling parts (if you're planning on keeping your Landy), and change the master cylinder and slave cylinder. A lot of people have changed the master cylinder with the slave going a short while afterwards. They're cheap to buy so at least you will...

    Bleedin Brakes!!!

They should always be bled furthest away from the master cylinder first. So as someone above said, R NS, R OS, F NS, F OS. EZ bleed, or get a tube, make a slit in it and put a bolt in the end. Put this tube (covering the slit) into a jar of brake fluid. The fluid will pump out, but no air...

    Historic Vehicle Tax, V5 etc????

Not anymore. You have to either goto to a DVLA office, or send off the V5 with the class amended to say 'Historic Vehicle'.
