where is this resistor and could i clean the conntacts on the switch maybe ?

thanks mate well tbf the heater only really worked on high the other settings seemed to be the same but its packed up now i may get a quick 30 seconds out of it but the fan sounds noisy like its seezing some times.

so the problem i have may not be the heater fan then ? right is there 2 fans under the dash because when i move the switch on the left of the fan speed switch a fan comes on is this the same fan or another because if its the same fan mines fine it must be something else.... other than me buying...
