I'm gonna replace the fluid in all the boxes and grease as many nipples as I can find. The diff selector is jammed I can only move forward and back so I'm gonna strip it down in the morning. Sick of taking the bloody center console out haha. Cant wait to play with a working diff. haha. Thanks...

Sounds like an airlock to me. Had the same problem on a car of mine I bled it properly and job done. Do you have ramps?? Or a steep hill. Get the engine up high and then bleed. Might help.

The whine sounds like its coming from the back of the truck. Only whines under acceleration in any gear. I know I need to replace the donut as its starting to split. But don't think that's the cause.

Could it be the glow plugs??

Rear wiper and washer and reverse lights won't fail a mot to my knowledge. The speedo I should imagine is a fail but you never know if they will see it!! I had a Megane years ago with a speedo fault and they never saw it.
