Thanks dave yeah im really happy with the out come . yes i have the best of both no rotten d2 chassis and no rotten d1 body. suspension is all from d1 . it handles really much like a d1 but i went right through it poly bushs every were even a frame. still got few bits to do then done. Not an...

no as number plate and log book goes on chassis number . i spoke to dvla and they say its just like a face lift happy days.

well its still a d1 as i only changed the body its all d1 chassis and running gear.

cheers crispy . yeah i could of done the engine swap but the d2 chassis rot like any thing this way i got best of both. the better body and better chassis.

Yeah be brill if it works out im sure it will yeah it all is bit longer and wider its the bumpers that are the hardest bit to get right.
