cambrian landrover (main dealer) states that the discovery 3 tdv6 2.7 does have a cambelt and only has to be changed at 105,00miles, YES 105,00miles not 60k as most other derv engines.

disco 3 tdv6 2.7 DOES have a cambelt and needs changing at 105,000 miles, you can all thank Cambrian landrover for this info, oh by the way watch for droaning noise which will either be diff or gearbox like mine

i was told it would be easier to take the body of to change the belt, but after searching the handbooks and service book it does not mention a mileage time to change it, does it actually have a belt or is it still chain drive?? confused !
