    Hi 4x4xfar, i had a similar fault on my Td5. After checking injector loom and hoses, I found that the hose from intercooler to air inlet had collapsed internally. New hoses fitted both sides of intercooler and no probs since.

    Disconnected the connector and light stays off. That fix works for me!! lol does seem a daft place to put the fuel filter, but hey, it is easy to get to. Cheers guys, Paul

    Hi, I've got a TD5 and the water in Fuel light came on a few weeks ago. I checked the sedimenter at bottom of fuel filter and drained some fluid, cleaned it up, reconnected electrical plug, switched on and light still came on. I changed the fuel filter, but the light still comes on. Does...

    Hi Carl2351, It sounds as if we have similar probs. Mine started playing up a few days ago, pulled up at roundabout, noticed a bit of smoke behind me, then tried to pull away, but no power and engine just ticking over. After about 10 mins, it revved fine, and I managed to get a few more miles...
