I have done some live reading this morning and attached is the results of what they read. The first 2 pictures are of the revs at approx 3000rpm. The second 2 are at idle. looking at the air flow it is reading 4.10 and should be between 55 and 60. I disconnected the MAF and still read 4.10...

Yeah I check it from reciever to Earth connection at N/S/R just inside boot. Probably won't get time to hard wire it now till the weekend but will let you know what I find. Thanks again

Yep I am with you I will hard wire it to the BCU see if that has any affect. No the reciever was 2nd hand, that is the one I fitted first then the central locking worked then following day it never so anticipated that could be a problem and contacted the seller off eBay and he sent me another...

Yes I do have rave. I also thought it would be a wiring fault between the reciever and BCU but I've checked continuity between the 2 wires that run between them and both fine.
