Hi. I bought a Freelander 2 with a panoramic sunroof. I am trying to get a set of roof rails for this vehicle, does anybody know why the rails for a non sunroof LR2 are not suitable to use on my vehicle. If any body has a set of rails I would be interested in buying them. Many thanks

Thanks for the reply Freelance. I believe its cable, could it need adjusting? If so, how and to what setting? There is something that looks like a clutch cable on top of the gearbox, but I can easily push it full travel with my thumb. Cant even find anything on youtube about it. Many thanks...

Thanks for the response Nodge68, not what I was hoping for, but it could explain things. I guess it needs a new clutch, is there any tests that I could try before committing to a change to ensure that it is definitely the clutch.

Hi, back again at last. Replaced MAP, no change. Bit bullet, put in garages hands, they replaced the MAF, still no change, new very nice man assured me it was a blocked fuel filter, replaced, eventually, no change, he then said the pump must be goosed, fitted new one, still no change. Got it...

Thanks for the reply, I am quite a new LR owner, could you please tell me what a MAP sensor is/does. Have also been told to check the turbo actuator is functioning. Something to do with the waste gate and filter. Will try both and let you know the outcome. Thanks once again for your time.
