There is a question mark next to the Mongoose Pro in Device Manager. Check in properties to see what it says. Also have you fully removed pin 13? That's what caused me all sorts of issues when I first connected my RRS.

Have you double checked in Device Manager to make sure the mongoose cable is recognised? And does it say the cable is connected in SSD?

New to using JLR SDD. Do I need to do anything else to download the as-built data and calibration files? If I go to: System utilities > Combined as-build and calibration file update A pop up appears saying something like starting system service then just disappears and nothing happens Thanks
