Hi James I've just changed my wiper switch on my 97 Disco and didn't need to remove the airbag and steering wheel. Remove top and bottom covers over stems, remove 2 screws and gently prise out the wiper switch. I changed mine cause the intermitant keeps stopping and starting but changing...
