Both leaving the scene and dangerous driving have obligitary disqualification. The latter have no maximum fine limit. Regardless of the morals, the law was broken, bit of an expensive moment of road rage there!

Today I saw landrover109uk deliberately ram a BMW that was merging in turn correctly according to the Highway code. Then leaving the scene... (instant ban if I remember correctly, not to mention the deliberate ramming...)
