Ok brilliant thanks for you help, I cant seem to find anywhere that sells the damper you mentioned got the stuts, springs and top mount just not the damper♂️any idea where I can get them from.

Yea I thought it could be a strut issue, would I change the top mounts aswell just because you can and its easier doing the whole lot at once?, my cars done 120k also

Yea It does it's more the shuddering after that concerns me, literally the whole car shakes and it's mainly on the left side

Yea I was thinking I should do, but just wanted to hear from people on here 1st to see if there was any way to tell if they were knackered or not, plus I would probably attempt to do it myself so wanted to know it I would change the top mounts aswell

Thanks for the reply, I do feel slightly better that it's nothing too conspicuous but it does sound like it's getting noiser at the back especially as the roads are crappy

I've got a Haynes manual so was just gonna use that, I've tried to find various stuff on youtube etc but not much luck. The haynes manual is fairly detailed, 1 thing it doesnt go into detail about is the numbering. I wasnt gonna change the pipes I just assumed they would be ok
