Hi guys I'm at the point where im at a loss now.
Fitted option 1 the new case and injection pump bracket along with pulleys and my timing belt is still moving over.
I have even changed the pump pulley as it looked worn, I would appreciate and help given.
Thanks in advance

the coolant will go down when u take expansion cap off and the plug ontop of the engine as the expansion bottle is lower than the engine.
not really sure about the rest unless you have a major air lock.

to be honest mate if you have a haynes manual a torque wrench angle guage its easy enough to do yourself.
i done mine for 200 that includes buying a recon head and tools for the job.

have you checked the pipes along the injectors? my 300 was doing the exact same thing.
i could also hear the hissing sound when manually using the lift pump, look around the injectors when pumping it for small leaks and when its running that should be your problem mate
