Hi I have had aircon working ........ but air con rad leaking.....this is on a never ending list.....to do. I can throughly recomend the large intercoolerand digibooster combo...

Updated:- Have just fitted Rons Digibooster ....... to compliment the intercooler. This increases the boost from around 15psi to around 19psi. So fitted this as well as Rons recmended ZX1 friction reducer. Result.......yes tangeble, throttle response is better and there is deffinately a torque...

Update :- Large intercooler is awsome ...... to put the difference into perspective it is almost equivalent to adding a synergy on max (say 70%) ..... + the car feels so much smoother and flexible...... I can comfortably drive at just over 30mph on the flat in 5th ..... no judders or vibration...

Use Hankook tyres have done 30k with them and still 6mm left!!! Brilliant tyres - excellent snow grip - tyres like high pressure mine are at 36psi and no wear issues just great mpg. Handeling is excellent and wet road grip is good.

Hi just broken my record 514 miles on 52Lts of diesel.....by my reconing this is around 44.5 mpg I am expecting further improvement have just fitted a huge intercooler ... this has made a big difference especially a light throttle......... I think this could improve things possible by 2 mpg...
