Discovery 2 Seat Removal - looking to remove 2 setar section of rear seta plus the 2 boot rear seats to make space for a fridge etc. The Torx bolts seem incerdiblt tight - anyone know if they are "locked" in some way and have any tips for removing them??

My D2 on 18" rims is running General grabber AT's (255/55/18)and they are good and quiet on road and pretty good off road too although side walls on two ply so have had some issue with them. Depends what you want to do.

I had exactly same noises on my 2004 D2 TD5. Ended up with new Clutch and Flywheel. Expensive but Car much better afterwards.

Hi. Yep that's what Traction control will sound like - assume road was sloppy or icy or wet when you accelerated?

Hi, I had a set of those on a previous D1 and tried to fot to current D2 which was not successful. Best go for some "wraparound style" versions whihc offer better protection in any case.

WANTED 16" x 7 Steel wheels as fitted originally to Disco 2 Commercial. Must be good condition. Please reply if you have a set (ideally 5 required)

Hi . need to pick up the ignition switched live from Starter motor solenoid in order to supply a battery isolator for a twin battery system. Stuggling to identify where this is - anyone got a photo or can direct me? Thanks

Cheers. Have found a decent kit sold by Devon 4x4 which has all I need - just fitted it today and it was pretty straightforward. Don't usually do electrics on the car but found the instructions easy enough and managed it in a morning!

Hi All, In process of converting 2004 Discovery 2 into an overland camper.Roof tent / cooking/ stroage etc all sorted - now need to sort out twin battery and electrics to support fridge freezer and other kit. Not planning a winch tho! Any suggestion for good kit and how best to do this?
