    Thanks for all the info. I’m erring on the side now of a new TD5 B.H. then waxoyl the bejesus out of it once painted. But I must say James if you have that phone number I might give that one a go! :)

    Biggest wheel / tyre combo (110 double cab)

    I have run on 285/75/16 grizzly claws and now Insa turbo tracks since I got my 110, and the only problems I have had is rubbing on the radius arms and quite a bit of mud spray, now cured by some big wheel arch covers. You do need different off set wheels mind.

    :) Alright lads, I’m new to this forum and would like to firstly say hello and then strait after that shout HELP! I have had my ex water board 110 NA diesel for six years and have done many things to it including a 300TDi conversion. But I now find myself doing the dreaded bulkhead change...
