Hi all, we will be replacing the clutch on our 02 TD4 very soon had a quote from our garage who have quoted us on a new Duel Mass Fly wheel is this part of the job must we fit one? or do we just fit a new clutch & slave cylinder. cheers steve

ok,the intercooler/turbo pipes are things I have made up to see how it went after conversion bits of the disco pipe & defender pipe I have noticed that the bottom pipe from turbo to intercooler expands on revs I dont think the pipe can take the pressure.As it is at the moment it is slower than...

very is the answer,I have just completed my first conversion on my 90 having a few probs with the power but we'll get there in the end.I like your dash pod and the gauges (were from). cheers steve

well,I converted my 90 from the 2.5td to a 200tdi (disco)and I have a lack of power up hills and on straights,so I will be changing the fuel filter and diaphram to see if it makes a differance,I have already changed the lift pump as it was broke so I need to go around it to find the cause.All...

I have done that today only now using the front box and redirected the the pipe so it comes out in front of the back wheel,sounds good :D . cheers steve

Evening All, Started the 90 today after the conversion to a 200tdi,the battery light is on all the time but gets dim after a short while i think I may have connected the altenator wrong has anyone got a diagram or advise please. cheers steve
