My auto disco 2 has a vibration coming from the transmission. It starts about 1000 revs just after touching the throttle and seems to fade out around 2000 revs. i can feel it through the throttle pedal. Has anyone else had a simular problem ?

I am going to remove the ACE in my Discovery 2 (2001) and have been advised on the parts required to take it back to standard anti roll bar etc. Can anyone tell me if i need to replace the front springs and shocks while doing this work or are they the same for cars with or without ACE ? Thanks...
