just checked the sensor, it was tight on the pedal with only a little bit of movement. I have adjusted and will post the results in a few days.

Hi,
thanks for the replies.
I am pretty sure mine doesnt have a throttle sensor, there is a hole for one next to the brake light switch but no sensor.
I will take a closer look after work.

i have a freelander 1.8 2002yr
My yellow hill desent light with the exclamation mark on will illuminate after i have driven 30 foot or so. if i stop and turn the car off it will stay off. Sometimes it will come back on several miles later, but mostly stays off untill vehicle has been...

Thanks for the replies.
The vehicle is used mainly for shooting / lambing etc.
Although the freelander is taxed and tested, the likelihood of driving on a public highway of a night is very unlikely.
I will bear your comments in mind though and will possibly give the legal ones a go...

I have changed the standard headlight bulbs in my freelander 1 to a 80 / 100.
My question is do i need to put a relay in to protect wires and headlight stork or will it be as as standard.

I am looking for some advice / assistance please.
I have a MK1 Freelander on a 2002 plate.
I have noticed that the drivers side inner wheel arch is missing the plastic that stops all the crud going on to the pulleys. ( inner arch is there ).
