removed swivel ball. however when tapping holes on axle Tap Snapped in hole. how the F** K do I get it out. patience is running out as this is third afternoon doing job. Please any help gratefully received.

new bearings fitted & disc all back on but struggling to refit half shaft. days ago slightly turned igniton with vehicle in first on axle stands at the backend. how much trouble have I got myself into as for relocating half shaft. please help

ok thanks now done. next problem can not get half shaft back in. days ago I did make near fatal error by slightly turning igniton for micro secon d. vehicle jolted slightly as back end on axle stands. does this mean I will have to turn opposite wheel to fit half shaft?
