Hi all, Can you tell me what kind of mpg a 6.5L Diesel GMC engine might do in a Range Rover conversion? The suggestion is almost 35mpg with a 1:1 final drive.........sounds VERY optimistic. How does the Rangie transmission hold up the torque on the GMCs? Thnx Udhi

Too bad you are letting/have let it go. Just for the record, mine is a 24V FFR fitted with 12V ignition system via drop down convertor. Can provide pics for the needy, but no no understando electrcos.
