I just found an old post on a forum with what seems to be the same problem as mine and two people commented saying they had similar problems, one needed the 'euis' changing whatever they are and the other said the 'market settings' were wrong and he went to the dealership to have it corrected...

I'd was stood for a long time before I got it but it was fine when I went and got it and after using it daily for a week or so and one day I got in it and it was like this. I'm gonna ripp the FPR back off as I have another new gasket here anyway and put some hylomar on it and leave it for a day...

Just tried it and no different. Heres a clip of the pressure, changed to 5th and started dying around 3:54 but pressure looked pretty good that time. Although it had gone up to 5 bar a few times...

It was without the sensor plugged it but I'll plug it in and go for another drive now.

Just did that and it looks fine, was foamy when I first pushed the button but once flowing it was fine.

Just had a pressure gauge delivered and assuming there no leaks in the 4 adapter I had to use to fit the damn thing, it measures 3.6 bar which rises to about 4 bar under boost with it peaking at about 5bar under maximum boost and very high revs. However the pickup is very slow (due to the...

Also I just had a set of alloys delivered with 235 70 r16 tyres on (standard disco 2 size?) and it's the same with them on so the bigger tyres are ruled out too.

OK I ran power straight from the battery to pin 10 and the ignition came on and fuel pump started running, started her up and now brake switch 2 is 'off' permanently and brake switch one is 'off' untill press when it switches to on.
After quick test drive its still the same and I have to remove...

OK I can run that straight from the battery can't I or will the alternater (once started) send too much voltage?

So should I attempt to bridge the wires first? Or run 12v to pin 10 first?

Just checked and bother brake switch 1 & 2 are 'off' but switch to on when the pedal is pressed, same with the clutch.

Already done that, I shall however double check the brake switch configuration today.
