Thanks so much for your reply...this forum is very new to me. I only took delivery of my Series III LWB Hardtop about 5 days ago. Lots of work to do. I've had 2 knee replacements and one hip replacement so I will be conscious of comfort when the journeys get longer.

If you look at this picture of what look like standard seats, then the seating position would be a fair bit lower than mine, don't you think "forgotthelandinggear"?

There is actually about 40mm drop between front and back of seat. It was a guess as my spirit level was too long to fit

This photo shows about 200mm or 8" from top of my seat down to top of seat box. Anyone with standard seats able to measure distance on theirs please. The non-genuine seat in my LRS3 is quite stiff I would not describe it as a soft seat. The issue is that I'm having an issue seeing under the top...

I have recently bought a Series III LWB hardtop with non-original seats. I am 6'4" tall and find it a bit cramped in the driver's seat. Would there be more room for the driver if I were able to get original seats? I am in Australia. There are a full set available on Marketplace, apparently out...
