I too have been getting grief from EAS, very slow to lift yet stays at height overnight, but a short run to shops and ten minutes later it's way down to access height and a long time to rise again. Have checked for leaks but can't find any, compressor is good, now thinking it's the black box...

Been there and done that. Made sure that I had plenty grease onthe pin. Took a while but got there in the end.

My 4.6 is M reg '95 and I was going to get shot of it when it's MOT was due a couple of weeks ago. However it only failed on emissions and anti-roll bar bushes. A new set of cats and bushes and it's legal again. I almost let it go for £500 and now I'm glad I didn't. I only have to sort out the...

No worries. 20 mins start - to -finish on the first one and less than 15 for the second. Gentle persuasion ( i.e. crowbar) was req'd for the removal of the alloy seats at the bottom and grease and patience to locate the retaining pins. Go on......Save yourself a mint and have a go.

P38 now MOT'd , New cats & plugs fitted - YEE - HAR! No more farting,popping & stalling when on lpg. It's like driving a new car, thank God. Still to get new front uj's - any recommendations? Island 4x4 are selling them on fleabay at a reasonable cost, has anybody used them?

I can remember when my own one was mint. Now I have to decide whether to scrap it and get another or just spend the money on a newer one cos the MOT expires at the weekend and it needs heaps doing to it.

Rear wheel arches are rotting away on my 95 4.6, and I've had no joy on the search here or on google for replacements. Short of going to the main stealer is there any any suppliers doing these?

Put Ironite in my own 4.6 a couple of weeks ago, and it certainly appears to be doing the trick.
