Thanks stimmo 4 reply, just had a neighbour look and seems to think its transfer box, as we carnt select low drive.

hi just tried even with diiff on (light on) ,no engage , just a whirling sound if that helps.

The 1st ones were made in1989 and was only 3 doors, 5 doors came out in 1990/91 If thats any help
