My '95, v8 with auto trans. is shuddering on upshift. fluid is clean and at correct level. any thoughts what the problem maybe. Am fearing the worse.:(

hey guys sounds like a **** of an idea to go with the spacers anyways. bloody expensive in the maintenance dept. . Currently the Disco is shod with 255/75 16 Dunlop MT2,s. been of great service. The whole tyre/suspension package, that is. I was probably trying to enhance that.

Hi Slob, Currently fitted in the suspension dept. Is OME spring and shock kit with 2" lift The bearings are standard fit but will probably replace before the next trip as i will be remote 4-6 weeks at a time.

Doing a fair bit of beach/mud driving and thinking wider stance may help in that horrible sinking feeling. Also coming up early next year is a job that will see me in some very hilly country that the wider track may help with as well.

Stuff 'em. i don't know what it costs u guys in pomgolia but over here it costs sumfink like $2 for 3 mins wash or hover. The last time i washed it it cost nearly $50. Fook 'em.

After tying up one of the wash bays at the local car wash for 90 mins and making **** loads of mess the head sherang came out of his hidey hole and reckoned that i was nuffink but white trash. probably not far from the truth. There was mud and **** everywhere.

G'day H/head, You might find the problem is the radiator is blocked or partly blocked. Take i to a radiator place and thay might be able to chemically clean the radiator or as it was in my case with similar symptoms the rad had to be replaced.....expensive.
Where abouts in Oz are you?

The fuel gauge on my 95 disco 3.9 has never worked. The fuel gauge light is on from when the tank is full 'til there is approx.33 litres left then goes out momentarily, then comes back on. Have checked the connections from the fuel tank. they seem fine. Any suggestions? :confused:

sounds like you got out of your problem a bit cheaper than i did my maths make it about $350 oz. nice one!!!!
