tried that as i dont know the name for the bit that goes acroos the car just under the back door that proves a bit difficult to find one lol

hello newbie here with my first of many questions my disco has the usual rust holes ie the rear wheel arches and along under the rear boot door not sure what thats called , where is the best and cheapest place to get repair panels from and how difficult is it to replace these or failing that...
