management light comes on 1500 revs lift off gas and give it some more it goes out ..any ideas please

the light comes on at low reves .take foot of the gas it goes off give it more gas it goes off..is there a data lead i can plug in to find out why the light is comming on please help its driveing me up he wall

thanks but you said easy diy ..ps..so wot do u do to fix problem..

had the same prob with mine...drive shaft grab hold of it and shake the hell out of it if it nocks or bangs there is your answer. but cheak both sides..if nothing there get along pole ie crow bar on the mounting parts and check for movement

hi i have freelander 1999 xedi ..drivers door and the rear the same side will not un lock with the fob but i will lock any ideas out there please:confused:

at 3 thous reves its about 70 is that about right

my freelander xedi is in two wheel drive thats how i got it. with no prop shaft to the back .and it seams low geared any idea how i can gear it up any ideas welcome
