I would like to make my 200tdi perform a bit better, I've got a boost pin and have adjusted actuator arm, to be fair it goes well but any advice to make it quicker? Was gonna get full size intercooler, does that make a difference??

Bought my 90 about 8 weeks ago, the next day the clutch pedal went rock hard and would not go down. It then fixed itself somehow a day later? A week later it did it again only this time my foot was on the pedal and it lifted itself and went solid. So I thought it was a hydraulic issue, replaced...

Hi guys I've just put side sliding windows in my van, looks great but has anyone any ideas on how to trim the inside? I know there are plastic covers but the are silly money, has anyone carpeted?

Mine exactly the same, had a mechanic change the clutch in my garden, took him 11hrs poor guy but my release bearing rattles on tick over, haven't got the heart to ask him to sort it
