Wheel balance maybe? Or buckled rim? Try swapping wheels round

They look like this underneath...
and like this when removed...

A simple question but worth asking, could it be collapsed wheel bearings?

HIggo, its a real easy job to do (especially if you dont have rear air con fitted) and takes no time at all to carry out the swap. You could save yourself a few bob?
So you previously had leaky air bags that were swapped a few months before compressor failure? Possibly that finished it off. Mine...

Thanks for the input. In my case the compressor pump was not working what so ever, even when connected to direct feed the pump would not spin.
I managed to source a repacement compressor and so just swapped it over as a unit so replaced the valves at the same time as they are in there also...

HI Folks,
I know there are guides and heaps of posts related to the D2 air suspension, but this one is slightly different in that I want to ask if my case has happened to others?
I found the car with the arse end sat low down one day after parking up, but it was not down to the bump stops...

Watch that bleed screw if you have a top hose mounted type!

Im here up in sunny Whangarei. Had my D2 for coming up 5 years now and have learnt heaps in that time. Still love the old girl despite the niggles along the way. I would love a nice Defender but find them so expensive here!!
Cheers all

Busy day!
I have just bled my coolant system tonight. Then I topped up the transmission fluid. I really hate lying under the car with the engine running!!

Folks,
If you have never removed the inner female thread section of a top hose bleed screw, then it looks like this...
How your shed floor will look when you empty your top hose contents...
I still love the old girl and get a buzz from fixing the little niggles!!
New homemade bleed screw...

I lifted the tank real high...
Then left it all night and day today. Sqeezed the hose and could feel water in there, but not heaps.
This is how I had my temp bodge set up...
This held well and even when the hose expanded with trapped air it held fast and didnt leak.
Tonight I unscrewed...
