After replacing the VCU, Prop bearings (again), Rear diff mounts and nearly every bush on the car with no improvement, I eventually found the problem causing the vibrations to be the front inner cv joints. Had 2 new driveshafts and cv joints fitted and now the vibrations has gone.

Hi, I had exactly the same thing on my freelander, it was a diff mount and only cost around £35 for the part and it was just 3 bolts to swap over. It was a easy job. Hope this helps
