u got any electrical parts.....after some switches

bizy day fitted h\d diff guards front\rear also new front prop,,,,no more clunk..

gave them a really good hard stare.....stared a little longer;;;sod it jumped in dipped clutch then off we go...not for long turned her off left it for 5 then fffffuuuuucc...k all nothing...all lights work as they should..ign lights all on..mmmmm....sat & swore for a while..thought about...

no closer to solving the earth leads look sound as all heavy duty & well secure. never leave home without spare battery/jump leads. can an alternator be intermtant or do they just pack up

new starter motor fitted last month....will check earth leads next..the good thing is the old disco fires up on 2nd or 3rd turn.....alternator reading 14v with lights & everything else i could swith on..

i have a disco 300tdi but whe the weather gets cold it feels like the battery is all most dead so replaced it but made no difference it still struggles to start.....when its mild no problem at all fireing the old girl up:confused::confused::confused:

Been productive old axle breathers thrown away, replaced with push fit connectors then on to an engine flush + remove crankcase breather & fit new... Last but not least drop old oil & filter, replace with new..... Tidy up then off for a well earned beer

Got a pic so need solid bar & the welder to work....keep my money in my pocket ::D
