When the problem 1st ocurred I had the fluid and filter changed

Hi All. I've an intermittent problem with my auto box. Now and again when I select drive to pull away nothing happens. It's like it's in neutral. Then several seconds later it clunks into gear. This can also occur whilst selecting reverse. I've had the gearbox oil changed but this hasn't helped...
