I've checked the fluid level... its fine... and I cant find any leaks... Could it be a fault with the servo?.. or air in pipes?

Hello, I'm new to the forum... and in advance, thanks for any advice you may be able to give me on my landrover clutch issues...
I have a 1985 110 tipper with a clutch servo. It goes into gear fine, but if i keep the clutch down for more than 3 or 4 seconds, it starts to engage and drive...
