Problems happen at the weirdest times for me. It usually happens when I make a quick stop at the store. Everythings normal on the way there. I come back out to the Rangie and there it is! ELECTRICAL FAULT! Nothing seems too far out of the norm, except blinkers don't make noise when turned on...

What weight and type of oil should I be running in my 4.0? I've read synthetic...I've read stay away from synthetic...Anyone have any suggestions?

Well...I would love to, but I'm in the US and I haven't found a shop in my area that specializes in Land Rover...The only ones I've talked to refer me to the Land Rover dealership. I called the LR dealership, and they quoted me $100 to even look at it, then they charge a certain amount for each...

Problem fixed!! It was the ground wire on the alternator. Put in a new one, and all problems fixed!(except my normal ABS and TC FAULT) and I haven't had them checked out. I wanna keep it away from the dealer, so I'm looking for suggestions on ways to erase the faults...

Just put a brand new battery in...I'll check the other suggestions and go from there

Yeah. It doesn't tick or sound like anythings wrong. I'm just gonna change out the oil-pressure switch, check out the relief valve and also examine the oil pick-up..I don't have an oil-pressure gauge, so I don't know what psi its running at idle? What should it be at idle? anyone know?

Main bearings eh? What would I be looking at to fix that?
