Hi, I'm about to tidy-up my 14j engine block. Oily smoke coming out of the exhaust! Valve stem oil seals i reckon. However while I there I want up date the piston rings to and rule out there input. If you have any tips, product codes especially i would be very grateful. All the best

Hi, I've got a 14j engine. I'm about to do the same. Oil continously coming out of the exhaust. So oil valve stem seals and piston rings need to be changed. Never done this before I am very apprehensive but willing to give it a go. Any info would be very much appreciated. Tia
