Freelander TD4.2000. Both cooling Fans always on from cold start. inputs to Fan controller, 12Vdc and 6.25Vdc. Engine runs well, no overheating problems. Aircon also suspect, when selected, switch Led on, no noticeable change in engine revs, air not 'Cool' do both symtoms have a common cause...
