to i used Oakey Paint & Rust Remover | Screwfix.com (great bit of kit, wears down a little too quickly but does a great job!) to get the most of it off + a small cone shaped wire drill bit attachment to get in the hard to reach places! Saved £60 on shot blasting :]

Sounds Nice Ruari! I have actually changed my mind and am opting for a 200 tdi instead.. I think for my skill level in mechanics etc its a better choice.

morning guys, I know this question has probably been asked a billion times but I struggled to find anything when I searched. Do the mounting points on the V8 the same as the original engine that's in the series 3 ? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks T

As we all know the seats in a Series III are not the most comfortable! Are there any major issues in fitting defender seats into a Series III ? thanks Tom.
