So sorry I missed this. I insulated our garage with PIR. I used “PUR foam” (PUR-schuim) for gaps and loose pieces in nooks & crannies. This holds well on brick and the concrete floor.
I went for PIR boards glued to OSB with alu layer in between. More expensive but less work.
I did this because...

Hi Stretch, how's the shed coming along? Or, for that matter, the other projects?
cheers

I have a strong opinion on civil servants - since I am one, I suppose I am entitled to. :p The amount of rules in this country is staggering and they are mostly annoying to people wouldn't break them anyway. Oh well.
Get better soon and I'm looking forward to progress on the garage!

Yes I sure did. I started with a big slab of reinforced concrete! ;) With a big ol' hole for a midsize scissor lift. I welded galvanized steel tubes (50mm x 100mm) together to make a frame, roofing consists of multiwall polycarbonate panels and the aluminum mounting profiles for those panels I...

I had to look up what Spano V313 is but we have used that when renovating the house. Can't vouch for the quality you've got but we used a big piece as our doorstep. Just for a weeks, you know, until I'd fabricated a permanent doorstep.
As things go, that took 3 years and to my amazement, that...

Yes! Envious I am. Still, it inspires, too.
What part of the floor is indicative of the end result? The lighter part in front, the part where the (lovely) work bench/cart is or the high gloss part top left? What did you use for flooring btw?

Doesn't the electrical assist work in the exact same way? As in a mechanical link is maintained but fitted with an electrical motor to assist?

I'd love to have an Land Rover (Lucas) inspection lamp to go with the socket.

No, you're not.
I'm putting an inline fuse holder in the +VE wire.

I have one. I have never driven a 4 cylinder petrol or diesel series so can’t compare. But mine’s used regularly, starts at the flick of the key and the kids love it. Mind you I have never set the tappets yet.
I have another Land Rover 6 cylinder engine in storage so I am not leaving the 6...

Nice going!! I'm thinking (still thinking...) about a steel structure for the carport. Aluminum is too expensive, wood not feasible due to width; I want to span 6x8 meters with no columns. Are you aiming for a clear span? (I hope I've translated that correctly.) The wooden beam needed for that...

Good job indeed. That looks like it was a bear to get out.

I’m quite curious what kind of situation you’re in but I appreciate you cannot share that on a public forum.
Maybe I am in the same spot. I’d like to build a structure to facilitate a mid rise scissor lift. It’s not allowed by the building code (bestemmingsplan.)
A concrete floor, however...
