Will do brilliant Thankyou. Basically I’m looking to re-design the inner race and maybe change the material it’s made from so that it’s longer lasting. We all know it’s a pain to get out so trying to negate that issue

Yeah I think without going direct to manufacture I may not find out. I was hoping someone on here may have worked for them in the past :)

Does anyone know what material the inner race of the No1 Ball joint is made of? I know it’s a steel but I want to know what it’s alloyed with? Any help would be massively appreciated.
