I'm no eggspurt on these beasts, just read the manual a few times and being an engineer for over 40 years gives you a certain perspective when tracing faults.

Pretty sure they all need power to pass the light through. The light only goes in one direction in a loop so if it's going to the screen but not out (unless bypassed) then that has to be the problem. There is something in the manual that says new...

With my diag tool you enter the measured values and the car works out the rest so the chart is just for reference. Unless you fiddle the measured values to compensate of course.

Can't check at the moment cos my height chart is in the garage and it's dark outside lol. But from memory you need to be looking at 495 mm wheel centre to bottom of arch front and 485 mm wheel centre to arch rear , wheel size doesn't matter.

You need to calibrate the suspension. The height sensors are a variable resistor so the car needs some reference points to level up. Once you've inputted the actual heights the ECU should take care of the rest.

The size of the wheel won't change the distance between the arch and the hub centre?

I take it you have the compressor running now?

Alternatively connect a pressure gauge either to the pump output, or in place of the sensor. Then run the pump & see what you get.

It's more likely to be a worn pump than the pressure sensor. As you said the pressure rose but not enough.

In good condition a Wabco should easily do 160-180psi. From the docs I posted above:

According to the diagram the amp to the screen is bi-directional so yes maybe the amp is not turning the screen on. If indeed it is supposed to but I have no idea on that one.

Does the screen show any of the other functions like suspension or settings or is it completely dead? I had my screen go off once when I first got it but it came back after ignition off and on again.

just re-read your reply, yes, if i loop the screen, then i get signal to the rear, i might just put the old Amp back in, as i wasn't sure if the amp is also hard wired to the screen, so if it's faulty maybe it's not allowing the optical signal...

If you can run the compressor (either with diagnostics or simply apply 12V to it), and monitor the pressure sensor. If you can get some air in the system, get some soapy water & look for leaks. Also have a read of these docs to understand how...

Stick a volt meter across the compressor supply to see if any voltage is being applied.

That's AI for you. It doesn't know the amp is already in the boot. You said there is no signal to the amp so if you put the loop bypass on the screen do you then get it at the amp?

I would agree with you if the compressor temp was warm as it would be feeding a leak. I don't believe the car looks at pressure from the pump, only the pressure in the tank./system. So my guess is that the pump is either not running when the ECU...

Your compressor is cold at 13 degrees C so you need to see why it's not running. The last image says there's no increase in pressure when it should be filling up. Again pointing at the compressor.

BTW the blue dotted line in the diagram shows the order and direction of the signal.

It does sound like a screen issue. Have you got power to the screen? There may be more than one power connection but I don't know. Got some stuff to do so won't be around for a few hours.

When you loop something out it just bypasses that unit so the light signal will still continue to the next one following the ring. You may need more than one loopback cable.

You may not have all this components but this is from RAVE 2007 - 2010

What did you disconnect and did you put a loopback on the plug you disconnected?
