Evening all just a stab in the dark. The car is going into main dealer Monday. Is it remotely possible for a phone with a virus to pass it onto a vehicle and cause the sort of issues I’ve had. Cheers

Thank you I have fault code U201B-54. It’s on the bcm and it says control module calibration 2. Which I think relates to the steering angle sensor. But I’m not really sure 🤷♂️

Anyone know what U201B-54 means. And also what’s the difference between permanent codes and temp apart from the obvious.

Any know if the steering wheel sensor could cause the problems I’m having the scanner can’t find it. And that’s one of the permanent codes on the first scan I carried out.

Took out for another drive and all hell broke loose I scanned it after each time. Happened twice the first scan was after I deleted all the codes and just restarted the car. Before I set off. 😂🤦♂️

Update I w had the car back a few days seems to be behaving. I managed to get the dealership I bought the car from to pay for the battery. I w scan fed the car and am suppressed by the amount of codes that are on there. I cleared everything again even though the garage had done the same. Took...

I’m have ordered the battery monitors and the code reader I already have a multi meter. Does the app record what’s happening as the fault happens when driving it would be really useful to see what’s happening with the battery when it happens.
