Thanks for the welcomes. quick question, does anyone know what headlights I've seen on a local defender are and where I can get them. They were crystal clear style ones but had a yellow/colourful tint to them almost like oil on water. Been prowling the web but can't find any.

Mine had a green roof a yellowish tailgate and big flakes of telecom yellow showing through the blue so it needed something, they are very different to anything I've ever driven on the road and I've had a fair few retro cars and some classic vws. Fun in their own way but very slow! Does yours...

Good luck with the mot, it's rollered on and it's not too bad could do with a third coat though to cover the last few roller marks. I put a satin black hammerite coat on first to cover the blue then a thick coat of homebase own Matt black metal paint. Cost 12.99 and the roller was £1.80 in...
