Hi all - Has anyone got any updates on these engine? I am thinking of changing my TD5 engine

As I mentioned above - the gears are made of nylon and as you also say, is the lube good from time of manufacture? I re-packed the spindles last year. Still goes clunk most of the time.

Mine has done 60k - without a single problem (they all come in bunches:rolly:) As I have a day off on the morro I will just check that it is not the rubbish nylon drive gear come loose as per someone ele's post a while ago - see, someone does read through a pile of the older ones.
