OK, well I have found that SDD wont work on my MY20 L550 Dsicovery Sport... So it needs to be Pathfinder. I can get into CCF via my GAP IID tool and turn on all the items I need to turn on... BUT.... The Towing Module needs to be updated and programmed with my car's VIN number and I am not sure...

Well I am yet to actually make any changes but my G3 GAP tool connects (after a small fee to add the VIN) and I have the list of what needs to be done via CCF to make the changes. I have had a reply from GAP Diagnostics advising my G3 BT tool should be able to do what I want with instructions!!! Hopefully that is the case, I just need to add my DS VIN to the tool. I am now interested to see if SDD may actually be able to do the same thing. I just need to find a good seed...

Interesting that the Dealer isnt able to or doesnt want to Code my car...although they did want to charge me A$4300 plus painting (for the small bumper cover) for a "Factory" tow kit... Yep, I went through the set up and did that first. It is a bit slow for Windows to load but once it is running the SDD seems to be fine. I will see how it goes once I connect to my RRS . I need to figure out how to run CCF editor as well.. some more playing to do there :) the Macbook Air works...

Well, looks like my Laptop has a major issue.. twice now it has shut down showing a nice blue screen with a Machine Check Exemption which apparently means a major hardware error... it was dirt cheap so it is to be expected I guess. Hmmm suggestions now being taken for a suitable Laptop to run...

It was always too quick to screenshot it...I havent had a chance to re-install VMWare yet... hopefully that resolves the issue but if it continues I will let you know.
