    Right I spoke to my friendly mot test station and they entered the vin and foundo me the registration number so now I can apply for a 5vc. Thanks guys for all your help

    Hi yes I've checked all the dvla checkers, didn't bother with a HPI check as its be sat in a yard for around 10 years and it was very cheap. There is a registration number etched in all the glass and the vintage plate is original and untampered with.
